For some the setback of incurring an injury that puts an end to a career would be enough to throw in the towel but not for Cyndi Papia. Cyndi has persistence, determination, and moxie. The same qualities that led her to begin (working with one arm in a cast) offering administrative support tasks and starting one of the first virtual assistant businesses in existence, led later on to an additional career and recognition for expertise as an entertainment agent and event organizer.
Cyndi has relied on her deep business roots — beginning in 1992 (as a freelance Massachusetts court reporter/stenographer), 1998 as the web-based Office To-Go and since 2003 as an entertainment agent – to propel her towards showing clients and musicians that:
- caring, reputable entertainment agents still exist;
- professional, affordable websites and brand identity can become a reality for musicians;
- and that creating memorable events with the right vendors and entertainers is a breeze with the right person taking the lead.
With each project she touches and clients she assists, Cyndi brings a business administration/management degree, six years as an entertainment booking agent, plus over 25 years of real-world experiences in the private, government, and nonprofit sectors.
Her client base spans from brides and grooms, individuals, corporations, nonprofit organizations, colleges and universities, festival organizers, small- and mid-size business owners, community event organizers, nightclubs, hotels and restaurants.
The one thing Cyndi’s clients ALL have in common is a desire to work with someone who is professional and 110% invested and focused on their career or event entertainment needs. In addition to her entertainment booking agency, Cyndi is also owner of Office To-Go, a virtual assistant business.
